The AN/PVS-2B night vision scope was a first-generation passive device used by US forces during the Vietnam War era. Known as a Starlight scope, it amplified ambient light from the moon and stars to let soldiers see in the dark without giving off any infrared beam that could reveal their position. Weighing around six pounds with four times magnification, it mounted on rifles like the M16 or M14 and proved valuable for guarding patrol bases at night even though its bulk made it tough to carry on long patrols. By modern standards it looks big and heavy, but at the time it was cutting edge technology that helped troops spot threats in low light.

The High Standard Model 10 is a true piece of fi****ms history from the late 1960s. This compact bullpup semi automatic 12 gauge shotgun was originally designed for police use particularly for entry teams and close quarters situations. Measuring around 26 inches overall with an 18 inch barrel it was remarkably short for its era while still delivering full power 12 gauge performance. The gas operated action made it one of the earliest American bullpup shotguns and its unconventional layout placed the action behind the trigger group for better balance in tight spaces.
