Does your spiritual heart feel the quiet pull to gather with other women, honoring the ancient wisdom ways that move in harmony with the cycles of Mother Earth?

If your heart is nodding yes, we would love to welcome you into the circle.

We will begin with an opening ceremony to create a safe and loving container. Together, we will build a living altar with ancestral items, photos of loved ones, and symbols of personal endings. We will ground ourselves and call in the ancient women's wisdom ways as we stand within this powerful threshold.

Through heart-sharing, creative ritual, Sacred Circle Dance, and journeying, we will walk this threshold in a safe and nurturing sisterhood.

All women are welcome. No experience is needed. Come as you are, with your grief and an open heart.

Join us on September 25th for an Aries Full Moon Healing Circle from 6:30-8:00pm lead by Mary Beth!

In this Sacred Circle, we will dive into the active, assertive and adventurous energy of the Aries Full Moon.

Together we will discuss these energies along with some other planetary impacts present in the sky.

We will also practice gentle to moderate yoga stretches to help support, recharge and strengthen our connection to the fire element and with a focus on the head; Aries ruler of the body. This will then be followed by a guided visualization infused with a little sound healing to help support the energy of Aries.

~ We will start the circle with yoga so, be sure to arrive ready to start the practice! ~

What to bring:
* Yoga mat and/or Blanket
* Pillows or Bolsters
* Your Journal & a Pen
* Your Water Bottle
