Kaarin created: The Store Next Door at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City; Hardware, the shop at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA)in North Adams, MA; and The Shop at The Mount, Edith Wharton’s Gilded Age Estate in Lenox, MA. In 2010, she supervised the remodeling/rebranding of the Shop at Hancock Shaker Village in Pittsfield, MA. In addition to her pookstyle chapeau, Kaarin wears a second hat -- Museum Store Consultant. Clients include The Mount, Lenox, MA, and MASS MoCA, North Adams, MA.
