About seven years ago Hollie Berry gave me a fig tree cutting from the side of Dayton Blvd. I finally have enough figs to make this beauty fully in house now.

Summer is leaving soon and these will likely be gone with it!

Strawberry Shortcake. If you've been around a while, you know this is one of my favorite bon bons to make. Strawberry preserves made with berries, white chocolate vanilla bean ganache, and a crisp shortbread cookie. A true labor of love!
