Blair's Estate Sales has been in business in Chattanooga for more than 27 years, opening hundreds of homes to the public to offer an incredible variety of treasures that lie within. A: We open up homes all over the Chattanooga area for a

public tag sale. Every item in the house is priced and immediately available for sale at our opening dates & hours, and there are no pre-sales. Unlike an auction, you do not sit and wait for an item; you seek it out and its yours on a "first come, first serve" basis. Q: How do you buy and pay for an item? A: We operate in a similar fashon as a resale shop. You pick the item up and hold it or ask our staff to place it on hold for you. If you can't pick the item up (ie. Furniture) be sure to ask our staff to place a "SOLD" tag on the item so that other customers know it is spoken for. When you are ready to check out, we accept cash, check, or credit cards for payment. Q: Are your prices negotiable? A: YES & NO. The first day of the sale all prices are firm. However, the second or third day of the sale we will mark items down 35%, 50%, or up to 70% off! You may also leave a BID at any point of the sale for a reduced amount of the tag price.
