The Tepee is the best known roadside attraction gift shop built in 1950. Placed on the New York State Register of Historical Places and The National Historic Register in 2011. Currently own and operated by two sisters, Donna and Dale. The Tepee features Native American crafted items but is not limited too. Wide range of jewelry, collectibles, rustic decor, boxes, natural handmade soaps, balms, can

dles, oils, incenses, clothing, leather belts, moccasins and many local food products. It's no longer just a stop along the way- it's the destination!

⚔️ The Upstate Renaissance Faire Returns!

The Upstate Renaissance Faire is bringing a weekend of medieval fun, entertainment, shopping, and adventure to the Chenango County Fairgrounds on August 29th & 30th, 2026!

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., guests can explore dozens of vendors and enjoy free shows, demonstrations, costumed characters, and plenty more throughout the faire.

🎟️ Admission:
Adults: $17
Kids ages 6–13: $5
Children 5 & under: FREE

🚒 Firefighters, Police, EMS & Nurses: $10 with agency ID
🇺🇸 Special military discount available with valid branch/government ID
