A new Virginia law aimed at holding firearm businesses accountable is now moving into the enforcement phase.

ChesBay Arms will be Closing June 28, 2026 due to Virginia’s new tyrannical gun laws. We will stop accepting transfers on June 12, 2026. Any items received after that date will be returned to shipper. If you have more than one handgun shipped, ensure you have a VA conceal permit. ALL received transfers must be picked up by June 18 or they will be transferred back to shipper at purchaser’s expense. Thank you for your understanding and business over the last several years.
