This individual was impatient. They immediately DM'd the business FB page. We do not always have time to answer all messages quickly. They proceeded to call the store to ask if we ship which we are not equipped to do yet.

Adter being told we will look into it. A few more messages came through the FB page. Exactly the info we needed but this time requesting pictures.

After hours the indivudals messaged AGAIN. We apologized for the delay.

Fast forward to today where I have other obligations as seen in the photos. The individual proceeded to ask for updates.

At this point it feels like harassment.

I promise you we will get better. But not to serve individuals like this.

Tomorrow is a huge day for Pokémon and our community of collectors.

With that said..

We will NOT be accepting 30th sealed product or single cards for at the very least a month.

We also will NOT have any at open. Our very limited supply will be radomized via our lottery entries. (Now closed)

The drawing will be done live. Time TBD as we awaot delivery and processing.
