On Thursday, October 22, I'll offer 4 complimentary Manual Lymphatic Drainage sessions to individuals who could benefit from this care.

October 1st feels like the perfect time to say something new is coming to Flow Recovery 🩷

Over the past several months, I've continued my education, expanded my training, and built toward the next phase of Flow.

My heart has always been to create a space where people feel heard, supported, educated, and cared for, and where lymphatic health is taken seriously.

Very soon, Flow Recovery will expand its services in a way that lets me offer even more comprehensive support for those navigating lymphatic conditions and recovery.

I'm so excited to finally share what I've been working toward.
