This is the post we hoped we would never have to write.
Sometimes small businesses don’t close because the passion disappears — they close because the world around them changes.
After 6.5 unforgettable years, we are heartbroken to share that V**e Advantage will be closing our doors.
This decision did not come lightly. Over the past several years, regulations in our industry have changed so drastically that it has become increasingly difficult for small, family-owned businesses like ours to continue operating in a way that allows us to properly serve the incredible community that has supported us from the very beginning.
We explored every option and fought hard to keep things going. But ultimately, we have reached a point where continuing simply isn’t sustainable.
What hurts the most is saying goodbye to all of you.
V**e Advantage was never just a shop. It was a place built on connection, conversation, and community. We’ve watched friendships form in our space, shared countless conversations, and built relationships with so many of you who walked through our doors. The loyalty, kindness, and support you’ve shown us over the past 6.5 years is something we will carry with us forever.
To every customer who stopped in, every regular who made our days brighter, and every person who chose to support a small, family-owned business — thank you. Truly. You made this place what it was.
Our hope moving forward is that people continue to support small, family-owned businesses whenever possible. They are the heart of communities like ours, and they survive because of the people who choose to show up for them.
And just as importantly, we encourage everyone to stay informed and participate in the decisions that shape our local communities and industries. Your voice truly matters.
