🥳🥳GRAND OPENING JUNE 20TH - BUT SLIGHT CHANGE OF PLANS! 😁😁
Sometimes God has a different plan than the one we originally envisioned. Over the past several months, we have been praying, planning, and preparing for the opening a standalone men's store. While we were excited about that opportunity, we have felt God leading us in a different direction the past week!
After much prayer AND tears, we have decided not to move forward with a SEPARATE men's store. Instead, we will be expanding our men's offerings right here inside Down Home Designs.
Over the past 7 months, as we waited for the men's store renovations, we have purchased and inventoried lots of men's and boys' clothing, and we cannot wait to add it into our store. During this transition, we also feel that some of our focus shifted away from the women's side, and fashion may have taken a back seat during those months. We are working hard to get back to our roots and keep the women's side fully stocked while continuing to grow our men's offerings.
We truly believe that God's timing and direction are always better than our own. As we've prayed about this decision, we have felt peace in continuing to focus our energy and passion on the business He has already blessed us with. We are excited to keep watching Down Home Designs grow, evolve, and serve our amazing community.
We say all of this to say we are STILL having a grand opening for Stag + Steel on June 20th Where ALL OF OUR men's collection will be introduced! We will be working over the next couple of weeks to completely shift the store! The day of the grand opening is going to be amazing, and we cannot wait for you guys to see it and all the new brands + exciting things we have to offer!
Also this opens up another Reno building in Chesnee for a new opportunity right beside us!
