Your gun may save your life...YOUR KNOWLEDGE MAY KEEP YOU OUT OF JAIL. "I don't carry my gun. I only keep it at home. Why would I need a CPL class?"

Because owning the gun and understanding when you can legally use it are two very different things.

Someone breaks into your home. Can you shoot?

Someone is stealing your property. Can you point a gun at them?

They're running away. Does that change things?

Can you fire a warning shot?

What do you say to 911?

What do you do when police arrive?

And here's the BIG one:

When does Michigan law actually allow you to use deadly force?

You don't want to learn the answers to these questions after you've pulled the trigger.

A Michigan CPL class isn't just about putting a gun under your shirt.

It's about understanding self-defense law, deadly force, situational awareness, de-escalation, fi***rm safety and the enormous responsibility that comes with owning a gun.

Because after a self-defense shooting, investigators won't only look at what the other person did.

They're going to look at what YOU did, too.

Your fi***rm may help you survive the threat.

Your training may keep you from going from VICTIM to DEFENDANT.

Even if you NEVER intend to carry concealed...

Buying a gun is easy. Knowing when you can use it, when you CAN’T, how to handle it safely, and what happens after you pull the trigger, that takes training.

A fi***rm sitting in your nightstand isn’t a safety plan.

And carrying one without understanding the responsibility that comes with it can create more problems than it solves.

The Detroit Arms 1-Day Michigan Concealed Carry CCW/CPL Class isn’t just about getting a certificate.

It’s about becoming a safer, smarter, more responsible gun owner.
