• Payment for your first claimed item is required immediately to reserve your purchase.
• Remaining balances must be paid within 24 hours.
• Unpaid claims will be canceled and released.
• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited collections, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges after an item has been claimed.
• We accept Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment information will be provided upon request.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY
• FREE U.S. Shipping on orders of $200 or more.
• Orders below $200 incur a shipping fee.
• International shipping is available. Rates vary based on destination and package weight.
• Sale and clearance items are not eligible for free shipping.
• Enjoy our Pay & Hold service for up to 3 weeks, allowing you to combine multiple purchases and save on shipping.
• Once a package has been shipped, Aarke Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any shipping claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
• To report a missing or damaged item, an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required.
