One idea. One kitchen table. 12 years of proving that a little sparkle can become something pretty damn big.

This week we are celebrating 12 years of rhinestones, risks, big dreams, incredible customers, amazing reps, a fabulous team, and more glasses than we ever could have imagined.

12 years of late nights, early mornings, working on weekends and vacations, big wins, hard lessons and a lot of sparkle!

And the best part? We’re nowhere near finished!!!

Happy 12th Birthday to The Queens’ Jewels! We didn’t follow a path, we rhinestoned the whole damn thing!

Meet the crew behind the sparkle

You see the finished glasses, the pretty jewels, and the packages arriving at your door… but THIS is the team behind it all. The ones creating, checking, pulling, packing, cleaning, problem-solving, laughing and jumping in wherever they’re needed.

I may have started The Queens’ Jewels with an idea and a dream, but these are the people who help bring that dream to life every single day.

Some work just means a little more ❤️🤍💙

The collaboration with Flags of Valor STL is one of those projects that make you stop and realize, we really are living the American Dream. Flags of Valor represents patriotism, service, sacrifice and pride in our country and being asked to put a little piece of The Queens’ Jewels sparkle into something connected to that mission is an honor.

Today on Labor Day, we’re raising a glass to the heroes, the makers, the dreamers, the small business owners, the teams behind the scene… to everyone who builds, creates, designs, packs, ships, dreams up the next idea and everyone who takes pride in a job well done. Cheers to you!

To all the cat moms out there… you know the drill.
We may think we’re the cat moms, but let’s be honest… we’re actually the full-time staff. 😂
We provide the food.
We open the doors.
We buy the toys they ignore.
We apologize when we move their blanket 2 inches.
And, of course, we devote approximately 90% of our camera roll to them.
And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.

🍷20-30 hours a week: opportunity for 30+ during the holiday season
🍷 Fun, creative, positive work environment
🍷Good eye/hand coordination

For over 12 years, we’ve been handcrafting our patented jeweled glassware that is sold in thousands of stores across the country and featured on Good Morning America, QVC, The View etc…
