Hearing that voicemail. Putting this video together. Knowing Saturday is my first day operating the mobile bookstore…. Oh my goodness. All of the emotions.

There were MANY times (every day?) I thought “what the f**k am I doing? I just want to throw this f**king trailer out.” I’ve been tried and tested.

The road to getting her operational wasn’t perfect. All of my ideas weren’t able to come to fruition. But there is time to tweak my ideas along the way. I’m trying to remember that while I want to create the perfect space for you all, the space will come together with the memories we make. 🤍

I still have some work to do before Saturday! But I hope to see you all at Cheyenne Superday this weekend for my soft opening.

Safe to say I feel like a pro in building bookshelves now!

Made progress with the bookshelves but…. We gotta redo some of them because they aren’t perfect. And they have to be perfect. 😅 I mean, it’s a bookstore for cryin out loud!!

But, some of the electric is done (when will it fully be done?! 😭) and another wall is up. Hopefully I’ll be able to decide on lighting, finally, because I’ve been looking at fixtures for 2 weeks without having made a decision.

I am so. tired. of. sanding! 😭 The end feels nearer every day, though, and a lot of progress will happen in the next few days! Feels crazy that it’s only been a month or so and so many things have changed.

But I need my “how hard could it be” mentality to slow down bc it continuously gets me in over my head 😂

Can’t wait to show you guys the finished product. Hell. I can’t wait until I have a finished product!
