Happy Monday family! Today’s shoutout goes to one of Chicago’s very own, and one of our biggest supporters our family .

A veteran, he used baking as a way to combat and overcome PTSD, after retiring from the military during the pandemic.

It started with baking cookies, and experimenting with recipes in his home kitchen. He didn’t realize it at the time, but he was on to something, quickly learning the level of calm he started to feel from baking. He takes pride in mentoring other aspiring bakers, and underserved youth in his community providing a positive outlet to channel energy.

Not only is he self-taught, but he’s self-made, building this business from the ground up, and competing with some of the biggest in the industry for market share, and prime commercial real estate.

His hard work and commitment paid off tremendously &
officially opened its very first flagship location in fall 2023, in the heart of Chicago’s Hyde Park, neighborhood.

Hey Family! How are you?

We have took a short break to recalibrate, and realign our mission but now is the time to reconnect. ❤️❤️❤️

We’re back, and ready celebrate small business Saturday alongside one of our favorite black-owned coffee shops here in Chicago .
