After beginning her tax career in 1998, Darnella discovered a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of tax preparation through education. Today, she is a franchise owner and oversees several H&R Block locations, including the office at NewMark Merrill's Stony Island Plaza, where she and her team continue to provide financial guidance and serve local residents with care.

Beyond tax season, Darnella is committed to giving back- volunteering in the community and empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed financial decisions.
