Like Many Chicago based trucking companies, MN89INC is a taking advantage of unsuspecting drivers. They do not provide you with the rate confirmations and they get their dispatchers to lie to you about the rate of every load. My advice would be to get access to the load board and check the rates yourself.. That's how I caught them ...........

"This company is nothing but a bunch of no good Serbians scamming the American Truck Drivers! They scammed me also and stole lots of money from me but I was smart enough to keep records and obtain a actual rate confirmation from the brokers on the loads I hauled and it is true they scammed hundreds of each load! The guy named JJ has the same story always and rivers they have a show office in Burr Ridge, Ill but everything is ran from Serbia! Report these people to the FMCSA and DOT also give your local Immigration a call half these people are not even legal to work in the US. Also if your a victim of the scams they pull contact the Federal Work Force Commission and file a complaint! I have been able to get names so that law enforcement can arrest and charge the dirty scammers! Remember they are all in it together and they know each other if they are not owned and operated by us citizens and they do not have every office here run stay away from them! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy this company will leave you stranded and what they don't tell you on the telephone when the recruiter calls you, is that when you get to the orientation they're going to have you sign all kinds of documents indicating that you are going to be responsible for the pay of the transportation that got you to the orientation to from your hometown to Jerome Idaho they will rent you a car but you will pay for it.

They also going to charge you for the hotel stay for the three days of orientation. They're going to charge you for your food and transportation while you are at their orientation but they definitely didn't bothering telling you this when the recruiter calls you. They wait until you go all the way to Jerome Idaho and then they tell you like a surprise we're going to throw a gr***de at you and the pin has already been pulled.
The recruiter is going to tell you they're going to pay you fifty cents per mile the recruiter is going to tell you that you're going to be driving either a 2018 or 2019 Freightliner or Volvo and when you get to orientation they're going to issue you a 2016 Freightliner that has 300,000 miles on it. Getting back to the recruiter, they're going to say will pay you fifty cents per mile but when you get to orientation you will find out that it it's truly only $0.43 per mile.

When you get out on the road and thrown to the wolves and you get tired of all the lies and lies and lies about why you don't qualify for detention pay because you're going to sit and sit and sit and sit and sit for days and nights! I promise you're going to sit more than you do Drive and you aren't to get one single penny for detention. And in orientation you are promised that you do get paid $22.00 dollars per hour for ANY detention .
IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! And when you decide to quit you'll be put out into the streets of Jerome Idaho and you will find your own way home they absolutely without a doubt do not care about you and leaving you to find and pay your own way back to your own home state! And here's the kicker they're going to keep ALL of your PAY they're not going to pay you one single dime you will go home broke or whatever you have in your pocket or your account at the time, "but they aren't going to pay you.
Giltner Inc Trucking Company out of Jerome Idaho is a very bad Company that I'm very sorry I went and waisted my time energy and personal money to drive for coming out at the end with no pay check, "but luckily I already have $5000.00 dollars in my bank account so I was very fortunate to get my own ticket and get my own way back to Seattle.
But I can just imagine people who come to orientation with no money in their pockets and have these horrible circumstances go down and having to fend for themselves getting back to their home city and state. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM GILTNER INC OUT OF JEROME IDAHO

Don't waste your time working for either of these companies based out of Elmhurst, IL. They are also known as ZV group Inc, AVA group Inc,

The owners Paul and Alex could care less about the drivers. Alex is very DIRESPECTFUL to every driver he hires, he talks to people as if they were dogs. Paul constantly lies about when he's going to pay you. There's always an issue with getting paid the day you are suppose to. If there's an issue with the truck, they want you to pay out of pocket and then tell you that they'll reimburse you. Payroll seems to forget all about your money.

For owner operator They will steal your pay and will edit not show correct rate confirmation!!!!
Forced dispatch! Disrespect and coercion. This is a trap as they give bad reference after you leave them! Stay out!!

A driver recently passed away while being dispatched on a load that they said he had to pick up.

Than another older driver had recently left the hospital, after he developed respiratory issues after recovering a truck that had been sitting for a few months and never clean inside.

These cruel and insensitive jerks refused to even help the family of the driver at all, in helping to lay the driver to rest. They were more concerned about getting their truck back. I've worked for some bad companies, however they are the WORST! If you don't believe me, go see for yourself.....you'll thank me later!!!!!!
