Atomizer is in use. Delay in shipping was difficult for me, as it's used for Medication an could not medicate while I was waiting for delivery...BTW, I did not get satisfaction from Warranty team from Puffco.

"The best online customer service experience."

Very please with my order but also with my small 4 piece. Fits in my bag nicely and shreds my flower in a smooth way. At first I though I would have problems because my hands are larger but after a few uses, it becomes easier to use and more effective for faster movement.

Also want to give a shout out to customer service, they didn’t have the color I originally wanted and they emailed me next day, I picked a new color, and received it shipped on time still. I was pretty impressed and actually enjoy the green color more than I expected. I will definitely shop here again.
