Good Evening ladies💜

Here’s a brief update:

Moving forward I will NO longer be replacing or repairing broken strands. If it’s within a 72 hour time frame after purchase absolutely yes I will assist. I will now have a repair kit that only comes with thread and needle for purchase. If you cut them because you no longer feel connected that’s solely on you, if you didn’t follow instructions on tying that’s on you not Crowned Waist with A Twist. The hassle and disrespect that I’ve experienced is too much. I’ve over extended myself and now I’m pulling back to do what’s best for my business and myself.
