What. A. Week! Lots of bad news, but ended on a high note!
Enrober arrived not only non functional, but completely full of voltage. So glad no one got hurt!
Hobart is not ready for our needs, oops.
New freezer fan is soooo loud, so already needs to be serviced.
Fancy date scanner does not have proper app to work with the phone.
BUT we have our first employee and did get the enrober up and running!
Happy Friday and we soooo look forward to next week!

It's here, the star of the kitchen! The fancy chocolate enrober has a new home!
Many thanks to for being clutch in getting it uncrated on the street and into the store!
Now, to get this heavy boi up the stairs.
Any ideas? It's 400 pounds.
