I’m Nikki, and I’m raising support for Beats Sneaks & Eats as we build out a new kitchen space for our business. We’ve built BSE one plate, one event, and one opportunity at a time, and now we have the chance to take a major next step. This new kitchen will give us a dedicated space to prepare for catering events, expand our food production, develop products like our Peachy B sauce, and get ready for the continued growth of our food truck operation.

More than that, we’re creating this as a shared kitchen space where other small food businesses can have an affordable place to produce, grow, and collaborate. To us, this kitchen represents more than just a place to cook. It represents growth, stability, and new opportunities not only for Beats Sneaks & Eats, but for other food entrepreneurs who are working hard to build something of their own.

Things keep getting in our way, obligations have came up, because we was definitely going to open this Saturday for you all to come say hey. But instead of rushing the process we will just do it the weekend of 10/17-18. We would love to see yall. Come out support, say goodbye and have a good meal while we are at it. Menu and flyer for those dates coming soon. We will serve all the hits and more for those two days only. Thank you so much to everyone.

We will take some time off to make some moves happen. We will still finish out obligations to those we are featured with, but at the moment we will stop operations at Boxville. We are so thankful for all of our new and existing customers, some became family but right now we are taking the appropriate time to reset. No worries before we exit the building we will do a Customer Appreciation Day to thank you all. Please stay tuned.
