A Tthought🤔
I recently came across a post on the Invisible Book Bag Inc. Page that got me thinking about the power of collaboration and working together.
Instead of viewing each other as competitors, we can achieve so much more for the youth, community, and our city. It's important to remember that what's meant for us will always be for us, so we shouldn't be afraid to shine our light and help others along the way.
If we've reached success, it's crucial to remember that someone likely helped us get there at some point. So, we should extend a helping hand to lift others up as well. We need to move away from this mindset of tearing each other down and embrace a mentality of unity and support.
I've noticed that sometimes people view your posts or videos but hesitate to show support through likes, comments, or shares. However, when you do support by engaging with a like, comment, or share, it actually helps with the algorithm and allows more people to see the post. This support has long-term benefits as it helps build the brand, gain supporters, and the best part is that it doesn't cost you anything.
Some people argue that they worked hard to build their organization or business and why should they make it easy for others. They might say that after years of figuring things out on their own, others should do the same. However, I challenge this perspective by asking, what if no one had helped us in life and we had to figure everything out by ourselves?
I'm not suggesting that we give away everything we've worked for. Rather, I believe that by working together, we can make a greater impact. Other nationalities understand the power of collaboration and support. They lift each other up, one by one, until everyone reaches the top.
Reflecting on my experience with my dollar store, I remember the owner insisting on fixing the AC himself instead of accepting help from someone I suggested. At the time, I was upset, but as the years went by, I understood the importance of building, supporting, and pulling someone to the top.
Always remember that it's about the mission and not our egos. When we put aside our personal agendas and work towards a common goal, we can create a positive change that goes beyond individual achievements.
Thank you Invisible Book Bag Inc. For always supporting me & City Motivators the youth & community.
