Our 3rd Thursday event & Anniversary was a great success!! Thanks to all who drudged through the chilly rain & night to celebrate with us!❤️ I am so very appreciative of the support of our friends, neighbors and local artists that continue to create & add to our collaboration of community! Many thanks to our fellow small businesses that are kind enough to share our posts, tag us and help us- to help each other survive… in a cash strapped economy with big box stores at every corner and many buying options at our fingertips. Thanks to the many who still appreciate hand picking gifts, cards, decor & clothing you can try on, candles you can smell, giving a nearly forgotten vintage item- a new life & place often bringing memories of days long past. Thanks to the local media outlets that have found us unique & interesting enough to do a news story or mention. Thanks to influencers to have shared video & posts about our strange little corner shop! Thanks to my creative colleague, Allison who keeps everything expertly displayed & greets everyone with positive energy & pickles 🥒 ha. Mostly- thanks to my husband, Steve who has helped see my vision come to fruition- who knows… I’m not done yet and is always there to help with my next idea- that’s usually last minute & I want done NOW. I’m not going to lie- it’s not always easy & some days the sales don’t cover expenses but we are surviving, enjoying the ride & looking forward to the future! Much ❤️- Julie
