What an incredible year it’s been for the small business owners on the SOKONI platform!

Over the past five months, these entrepreneurs have worked tirelessly to master the art of building a sustainable online business. Through the FedEx E-Commerce Learning Lab, they’ve participated in 37 Oaks University courses, 1:1 coaching, and hands-on assignments covering key topics like online strategy, marketing, shipping, and operations.

They then had the opportunity to apply, test, and refine what they learned directly on our SOKONI marketplace, turning education into real-world growth.

Their dedication and progress have been truly inspiring. We’re honored to have been part of their journey. A heartfelt thank you to the small businesses that trusted us, the customers who supported them, and our incredible partners at and for sponsoring and championing this program.

As we celebrate the success of this year’s cohort, we’re already looking ahead to 2026, when we’ll welcome a new group of passionate, innovative entrepreneurs ready to take their businesses to the next level.

, , and are super excited to announce the graduation of the 5th FedEx E-commerce Learning Lab cohort. 🎉

This national program helps small business owners develop and/or expand their e-commerce operations.

Over 5 months, they have completed a series of 37 Oaks University courses, 1:1 coaching sessions, commerce-based assignments and exercises, and sold products on our SOKONI e-commerce marketplace (which included administrative, marketing, operations, warehousing & fulfillment support). Upon completion of requirements, they received a $5,000 grant.

They were dedicated to building their e-commerce muscle so they can operate profitable, sustainable & scalable online businesses, post-program.

We are so proud of your accomplishments and look forward to seeing your continued growth and impact on your community. Thank you to our partners for making this all possible, and thank you to the small business owners for trusting us with your business.
