Last time, I missed her by just two hours… so today felt EXTRA special❤️

I finally got to meet the beautiful con Omi and celebrate her incredible Cooking Con Omi book in person! What a full-circle, unforgettable moment.

And I have NEVER made sofrito because I’m usually way too busy making earrings 😂 But after meeting Omi and celebrating her book, I’m officially inspired to make it now! 🇵🇷❤️

And of course, I HAD to give her more earrings! 😊😂It wouldn’t be a proper Omi meeting without ear candy.

So grateful for today, for this moment, and for finally getting to meet someone so special. Here’s to good food, beautiful culture, creativity, and new memories! 🇵🇷
