Recently added over 10 sets of Nodders to the Etsy Shop. Many of these 3 Piece sets from the 1950s have similar white floral bases and the tops are figures of bears, cats, fish, parrots, and pheasants. These sets were highly collectible from the jump often seen in gift shops, 5 and Dimes, and Souvenir shops from tourist attractions. It's common to see a decal on the back of a set saying which tourist attraction, landmark or park they were purchased at. See the link in comments to check out these great sets.
