I do not know who sent this, but Rob and I are blessed to have you in our life.
There was no card or gift slip...
Just a box of love.
Thank you.
Thank you for thinking of us, for sending us a box of love, and most importantly thank you for being our friend.

and for those who do not... this is HUGE.
My daughter's dog came to stay with us for a while, and doesn't exactly appreciate other dogs being in his space (unless it is his favorite classmate Penny, but that is a whole other story!)
This is not the immediate reaction to this dog.
His immediate reaction was aggressive. So was hers (the one in the crate).
But this is Zeus's house.
This is the result of a lot of work in thos kitchen. (No, there has not been nose to nose or even an off leash greeting. There will npt be, either.)
This is the result of YEARS of training with Katie Morgan coming (once again) to a moment in time where discipline, trust, and communication are extremely necessary. A dog who chooses reactivity is never the "easy" dog, but i promise they also don't have to be the dog that isolates you. Fear aggression can be managed- get a good trainer, and make sure it is one who trains you AND your dog.
I am Proud of this photo - this snapshot in time - proof of a lot of hard work.

Watching SHA launch their podcast, and some real talk is happening. (It always does!)
Here was a great one (paraphrased) from the q&a...
Q: Does pe***ng make a guy gay?
A: Your a**s doesn't have a gender. It has nerve endings. What is important, it what you think it means. -Dr David Ley, Sexual Health Alliance.

The concept of “socios*xuality” is popular in psychology. It has long been viewed as the degree to which you’re interested in either casual s*x (“unrestricted socios*xuality”) or committed relationships (“restricted socios*xuality”). In other words, it’s usually seen as a single dimension or spectrum where you can only want one OR the other.

However, newer research finds that it is better thought of as multidimensional. Interest in casual s*x and committed relationships each exist on their own separate spectrum. Yes, many people are high on one and low on the other. But others are high on both, and some are low on both. It’s also possible to be somewhere in the middle. And where you fall on each dimension can shift and change over time and across situations.

It seems fairly intuitive when you think about it, but it tells us that we need to rethink the way we measure and understand socios*xuality. It’s not an either/or phenomenon. It’s more complex than that!

Remember. . S3× with yourself counts!!
Org@$m$ are healthy!!!

Research is revealing that women who have in*******se more than twice a week may experience significant health benefits. Studies show that regular se*ual activity can boost immunity, helping the body fight off infections more effectively. It also supports heart health by improving circulation and reducing blood pressure.

Beyond physical benefits, frequent intimacy plays a crucial role in mental wellbeing. It can lower stress and anxiety levels, release feel-good hormones like oxytocin, and promote deeper, more restorative sleep. For women, it also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles, improving core stability and supporting reproductive health.

Experts suggest that these benefits go beyond just physical pleasure. Engaging in a healthy, regular s*xual relationship contributes to holistic wellness, combining emotional connection with measurable physiological improvements. The research underscores the idea that intimacy is not just about relationships, but a genuine contributor to long-term health and vitality.

Whether it’s boosting immunity, enhancing heart function, improving sleep, or reducing stress, these findings confirm that s*xual health is closely linked to overall wellness. Prioritising intimacy can be a simple yet powerful way to support the mind and body.
