Autumn- The season of clarity, transformation and grounding.
Governed by the metal element in Chinese Medicine, like the trees shedding their leaves, this season brings forth the shedding of all which has been collected mentally, physically and spiritually that no longer serves yew.
The collection of instruments used for this session have been forged by nature and/or handcrafted with the intention of them resonating at a frequency of 432Hz which is said to be the frequency that harmonizes with the earth, water and the human body.
Instruments Include: Singing Bowls, Atlantis and Agazarian Gong, Didgeridoo, Medicine Drums, cymbals, chimes, thunder drum, background binaural soundscapes and other exotic instruments.
