The Cacao in the Clouds is made with a golden drinking chocolate base and a golden mousse topping, garnished with pink peppercorns for spice and aroma. Meant to be enjoyed here in our cafe, served up.

Fermentation, drying, roasting. All processes that must take place in order to get our coffee and chocolate ready to serve.
