On Friday 5/22, Caviar Dream is heading to Houston and teaming up with Chef Dominick Lee to bring you “Caviar Curious”, an intimate tasting centered around luxury, culture, and community.

At Caviar Curious, you’ll explore four of our top-tier caviar varieties paired with B. Stuyvesant Champagne, Hennessy Cognac, and signature bites created by Chef Dom himself.

You’ll learn:
• how to taste caviar
• how to pair it {with cognac, Champagne, and more}
• how to serve it
• and why caviar was never supposed to feel ‘exclusive’
