It’s me, delighting in this cookie dough ice cream, & excited to announce that my Etsy shop is live! I stepped away for a bit from my jewelry and I am so glad to be back at a healthier and more manageable capacity. I have been blown away already from the support & love from you guys which makes me that much more excited to get everything live and rolling. I’ll be continuing to add more inventory in the coming days, but overall I am focusing on only offering the stuff that you guys really love! An update:

So, likely by now, many of you have realized that my little earring shop has been a bit MIA lately. I have this horrible tendency of avoiding things when I’m overwhelmed and don’t know how or what to communicate, so firstly I apologize for leaving you all in the dark! As much as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed so many aspects of running my lil jewelry shop, it also has been a struggle in a lot of ways too. I’ve learned so much about myself through it all, such as, I’m a people person and having a small business where I am by myself all day everyday is not a setting where I thrive. Also, I really do enjoy creating, but I don’t enjoy creating enough to have it be a full time job. I love having more variety in my day to day life and I was losing my ability to enjoy creating jewelry because it became a task to fulfill orders instead of a just for fun activity/hobby. I’ve decided for now to close down my online shop. This has been a hard decision, but I think ultimately the best thing for me at this time. I recently accepted a position as a Chiropractic Assistant at a beautiful company and it has been a full and exciting month of training and getting settled and I think this is the best place for me to be focusing most of my time and energy. BUT, I will continue with periodic craft shows in the Chicago land area, so if you’re local, yay! I also am totally open to some commission projects and small jewelry orders since I still have a lot of inventory. Don’t hesitate to direct message me with an order or commission request OR any questions you might have! I know some of you have reached out asking when my shop will open back up and once again I am sorry that I delayed getting info to all of you for so long. Come check this out tomorrow & Sunday at the DuPage county fairgrounds. How incredible that this amazing curated market of over 100 small businesses is happening ON small business Saturday. We obviously all love Target and Marshall’s etc. & you can’t deny the great prices, but shopping small means you support individual families and people who put thought and care into every little detail. You get relationship by interacting with the person and hearing their heart for WHY they create and the reasons for why they possibly quit a career to pursue their dreams. I encourage you all whether you can make it to a market like this for the holidays or not to evaluate how you are supporting people in your communities this season and not just big corporations. Let’s have each other’s backs!

This week I finally completed my largest bridal order yet! 8 pairs of earrings, 5 necklaces, 4 ornaments, and 1 wall decor piece. It was so fun and such a joy to get to be trusted with these incredible and beautiful projects. I’ve been loving my commission work lately. HI 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’ve never done an intro & I figured there’s at least a FEW new people here ( emphasis on the word few... 😝) but I thought it’d be fun to share some about me stuff!

-This is my insta page where I mostly share about the jewelry I create using flowers & eco resin (link in bio). I kind of stumbled into all of this on accident, but it has become an unknown dream fulfilled. I love getting to spend my days creating & connecting with people!

- my husband and I (see pic #2) have been married about 3.5 years & there’s never a dull moment with him ❤️

- I’ve been on the journey for 6 months after I spent a decade bleaching and straightening my hair I was SHOCKED to discover I had some curls hidden in there!

- I love coffee. But nothing fancy and definitely not Starbucks ( burrrrrnnnntttt tasting) just a plain simple cup of coffee.

- historical fiction is my favorite book genre of all time ( stories of unsung war hero’s 👏🏽) BUT also, stories of loyalty and deep friendship. Currently reading Lord of the Rings and I weep constantly. Also, my husband does the best voices for all the characters.

- i studied social work in college, but have never pursued a career. I’m highly emphatic and have learned that I don’t handle the weight and burden of it all very well. I hope to find a way to use my degree someday, but at the very least it’s taught me to be a better friend.

- We currently live west of Chicago, but that won’t be forever. Traveling is our favorite thing to do together & we have big plans to move overseas one day.

- the last pic is the very first picture I ever shared of my jewelry. It’s crazy to think how far this has all come in just a little over 1 year. I don’t make earrings like those anymore because I kept having tons of issues. I’ve spent a lot of time improving my quality to try and achieve consistent results. It’s so important to me to have the best quality work w/ the highest quality materials to offer.

I had an incredible weekend in Chicago at . I’m overwhelmed by the support I’m finding in the makers community & also from everyone who stopped by. Each and every kind word spoken from others is so meaningful! (Truthfully! I even teared up sometimes!) Also thank you to & .peglow who helped support me so I could attend a wedding on Saturday. ❤️..
