β¨ Behind the scenes of this weekend's fashion show! β¨
With FOUR runway segments, an interview, a reading, and lots of quick outfit changes, backstage was BUSY!
My Fanwoli bag was my best friend all day long. It kept all of my outfits, shoes, and accessories together and made running from one change to the next so much easier. π
And can we talk about my Dazzle Clipz They were attached to my bag and made it super easy to spot in the middle of all the backstage excitement. When you're trying to change quickly and get back where you need to be, every second counts!
One of the special parts of the show was being asked to do a reading about Ruby Bridges. When I found out what I would be reading, I knew I had to wear my Ruby Bridges pin from Heritage Pin Co. It was the perfect little touch for such a meaningful moment. β€οΈ
This show was different from many of the others I've done. It wasn't about fancy productions or big stagesβit was about community, giving kids opportunities, learning new things, and helping young people shine. I was originally supposed to be in one segment and an interview, but ended up participating in so much more, and I'm so thankful for the experience.
Thank you to milo all of the volunteers, designers, and supporters who worked so hard to make this event happen. What a weekend! β¨
