Sent out a text about my event when one of my longtime customers called me from the hospital. She said, Girl they got me in this hospital in this blue gown you’re going to have to bring me some pieces out here you know I can’t be seem like this. She told me she hadn’t been eating , so I picked up some chicken. We laughed , talked , and she ate . Before I left she was discharged. After 20 + yrs in business. I’ve learned that the greatest thing I’ve built isn’t just a boutique. I’ve built relationships. My customers become family, and when family calls you show up!!! Service has never been just about sales. It’s about caring for people. I thank God for all my customer’s.
