Just received final proposition for lease. Looks good. Finishing up Wednesday with agreements. Shouldn't be long now.

Our shop will be ready to build out soon and our Mission will be to help support the following three organizations if they agree and sign off on the Business Plan and Proposal Letter. The Boys and Girls Club in Chico, CA. The Torres Community Shelter that assists families with children with short term housing and support services to find full time housing and other essential needs, and the Wings of Eagles Organization that support families of terminally ill children. We hope that these organizations accept our support, with no strings attached, and participate in our Board of Directors as a provider member. We had a lot of worthwhile organizations to choose from but these three great organizations were selected. We look forward to supporting them.
