When we told y’all there would be changes at Jolly’s, we meant it.
And yep… these are the two that helped bring those changes along. 🙃
After multiple thefts from Jolly’s and other antique stores in our area, stolen merchandise was being listed for resale online. Thanks to the Chiefland Police Department, the situation was handled quickly and we are extremely thankful for their help.
Our vendors work HARD for the items in their booths. They spend countless hours sourcing, cleaning, repairing, pricing and displaying them. We’re not going to sit back and let a couple of people take what our vendors worked for.
So, thanks to the actions of a few, Jolly’s has made some changes:
More security cameras have been added throughout the store.
Bags will no longer be allowed inside Jolly’s. Please leave LARGE purses, backpacks, totes and other bags in your vehicle.
NORMAL SIZED PURSES ARE ACCEPTABLE. Refer to the image below.
And most importantly, THEFT IS NOT TOLERATED. If you steal from Jolly’s, it will be reported and we will pursue charges.
We hate that our wonderful customers are inconvenienced because some people apparently missed the “don’t take things that don’t belong to you” lesson, but protecting our vendors comes first. 🤷♀️
Our vendors work too hard for us not to protect them.
