Bill Hopkins, previous owner of Wilson Run Carry Out & Paylakes passed away on August 21st. His Services will be held tomorrow August 25th at Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly.
I know my dad made a lot of friends through the carry out and we wanted to share the information with you all.

UPDATE: It's been just over 1 month since Weezy's eye injury and Enucleation (eye removal). Weezy seems to be adjusting well for becoming totally blind! She still has a learning curve ahead of her and still depends on us for help. She has had her stitches removed and is healing very well and she doesn't have to wear that cone anymore. Weezy just received a Muffin's Halo from Second Chances for Blind Dogs and is enjoying her new sense of freedom! Please help and donate if you can we still have a large veterinary bill to pay for, but we are thankful for all the help we have gotten and that our Weezy baby is doing better!

It's been 1 week since Weezy's eye injury and she seems to be doing well, so far she loves visits to mamaw and papaws and she loves snuggles on the couch with mommy and daddy. She is certainly being spoiled by us all.
She's adjusting well considering all she's been through in the past week. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts!

We've been recieving a lot of messages about fishing. We sold the store and paylake back in September and the new owner has not reopened since we sold.
I will be deleting this page within a couple of days to prevent any confusion.
Once again we want to thank all of our loyal customers for the many years of support. We wish you all the best!

Thank you to all of our customers! The past 15 years have been wonderful, and we couldn't have done it without you! We have sold and the store is closed for now. The new owner, Mike, will be taking over starting next week.
