Everything we're building right now comes back to one goal: serving our customers and community better. That includes the new campus, but it also includes our team, because at the end of the day, our people are what make that possible.

As we grow, we're looking to add a few more talented, driven people to help us do that well. Right now we have openings for an Agribusiness Support Specialist, an Agricultural Plant Operator, and an Agricultural Operations and CDL Driver.

This is a day we look forward to every year. Thank you to everyone who came out for our customer appreciation meal today! We always enjoy getting to visit with you over a good meal.

Ribeye sandwiches were on the menu this year, and a special thanks goes out to Cory Minnis with Custom Door for letting us use their grill to cook the steaks.

Most of all, thank you for doing business with us year after year. We don't take that for granted, and this meal is just one small way we try to say thanks!

August kept the whole team moving. Out at the new location, construction keeps rolling forward and it's exciting to watch it take shape. In the shop, equipment is being prepped for harvest, and in the office, things are coming together for a busy fall ahead.

We are growing to serve you better.

For years, this community and the customers, families, and farmers in it have trusted us to show up and get the job done right. That trust is what brought us here today.

We're excited to officially announce a brand new T&R Soil Service location, currently under construction just across the tracks from where it all started. This new campus will give us the space and the tools to run more efficiently, so we can keep showing up for you the way you've come to expect, just better equipped.

None of this happens without the people who've stood behind us year after year. Our customers, our employees, our community. This growth belongs to all of you as much as it does to us.

We're excited to bring you along for the rest of the process. Expect behind the scenes progress updates and a look at what's ahead.

Fungicide time is officially here! Whether it goes on by plane or by ground rig, we've got both ready to roll.

Timing is important with this application. Soybeans are ready when you've got a 1/4 inch pod on one of the top four nodes. Corn is ready at tassel.
