Ok, this meme has been waiting for the perfect chance to appear. I had a Chipotle protein bowl for supper (not cheap, easy or gross), so here you go 🤣🤣🤣. I'm late posting about todays new buys because I went to the movie Verity tonight. I highly recommend you read the book by Colleen Hoover first. It was very good and so was the movie.

Open tomorrow 9 to 5 for the first day of the Vintage Shop Hop ! First 20 customers get a scratchoff worth 10 to 100% off your purchases. Jen will be set up with her booth of transfers outside too and you can get a peak at the inside of the new Dusty Owl Antique Mall before they open on November 2nd. See you tomorrow.

I'm a math dork and I don't care who knows it. Having someone in charge of analyzing numbers in a small business makes it easier to grow and implement changes that might be needed. I'm going to post this every month from now on, just because I think it's cool!!

Brought more Christmas stuff from my storage unit... I didn't realize how much early Christmas shopping I had done already. I'm going to be bringing some pretty cool items that I don't need anymore.

Throwback Thursday. One of my dear friends and college roommates suffered from cystic fibrosis since she was a child. About ten years ago, she was blessed to receive a double lung transplant. She said it was like waking up after after having to breathe underwater her whole life. It was funny that she was excited to be able to shovel snow!

After this life saving operation, she was able to get a job, keep up with her grandchildren and do the normal things that we all take for granted. We recently had lunch and you'd never know that she went through this. She honors the donor and their family every day by making good choices and treating her body as they would want her to. Surrounding herself with people who are supportive is key to making sure her organs don't reject.

Have a great day. Open 10 to 4 today. If you show me you're are an organ donor on your driver's license today, you'll receive 25% off your total purchase.

First of all, THANK YOU for a record month of September. I appreciate that more than I can put into words and am very proud of what I've built in such a short period of time with your support.

I'm looking forward to this upcoming holiday shopping season. Customers come in every day and comment on how they love the no-nonsense honesty and humor in store and on this public page that is growing by 100 followers every week. If you don't follow the page but just come to check out what is happening once in a while, that's ok too!! Stalkers welcome
