Saint Louis Couple Who Pointed Guns at BLM Protesters Pardoned, Records Expunged, and Still Fighting.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey, the Saint Louis couple who famously defended their home when BLM protesters marched through their private gated neighborhood in 2020, have been fully pardoned and had their records expunged.

After years of legal battles, they have finally regained possession of their AR-15.

Mark McCloskey said the ordeal strengthened their resolve:

“It teaches the benefit of perseverance. It took me 1,847 days, three lawsuits and two trips to the Court of Appeals to get my rifle back.”

They continue speaking out nationwide on First and Second Amendment rights.
