Locked & Loaded

Locked & Loaded Family owned fi****ms store. Everything from ri**es, sh****ns, pistols, scopes, mounts, holsters and ammo. If we don't have it, we'll try and find it.

We carry a wide selection of fi****ms. For the casual to serious shooter. Novice to professional. Hunting, plinking, shooting sports, home and personal protection. We are your source for Class III items as well. We can get you any silencer you're looking for. We believe every one of our items has an owner that just hasn't found it yet. We actually try and take the time to make the right sale, as compared to the sale right now.

A perfect example of why we do NOT trust the ATF with providing us accurate information regarding the laws that will protect our FFL from ever coming into question.
Yesterday, we received a call from a customer (who lives in OK), has a friend (who also lives in OK), who wishes to sell him a silencer. We told him it should not be a problem at all. But if he wanted us to, we could give the ATF a call and make 100% sure.
We call the 2 contacts we have at the ATF. We explained the exact situation to both of them.
One said “sure, no problem, have them fill out a Form 4 between themselves”.
The other said that we would have to be the middle man and in essence need to file 2 Form 4’s. (1 in, 1 out).
Ridiculous!! They don’t even know how to competently fulfill their own jobs!!
The correct answer to this situation is, YES the customers can just file an e-Form 4 between themselves. We have done it personally, and we have had numerous customers complete these transactions.
If anyone thinks for 1 minute we are going to trust the ATF to perform their actual jobs in a competent manner when it comes to 4473’d SOT/NFA items, you should stay in your lane.

Yes, we are aware of the silencer court case. Yes, some people are saying purchase with 4473 is allowed. BUT I spoke with Oklahoma ATF agent this morning and a form 4 is still required here in Oklahoma at this point. Oklahoma legislature regarding silencers not requiring NFA process applies to suppressors made in Oklahoma.

Let’s talk about fi***rm serial numbers. 🔫

Last week, we investigated a theft where three fi****ms were taken from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway. The suspect was later identified, located by another agency, and arrested. Two of the three fi****ms were recovered, and the suspect is currently being held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

Unfortunately, when the theft was reported, the serial numbers for all three fi****ms were unknown. Because of that, the fi****ms could not be immediately entered into NCIC as stolen. That delays recovery efforts and makes it much harder for officers and other agencies to identify stolen fi****ms when they turn up.

We strongly encourage all fi***rm owners to document their serial numbers and store that information in a secure place. This can be a safe, a password-protected digital note, or with important personal records. Having serial numbers readily available is critical if a fi***rm is ever lost, stolen, or otherwise goes missing.

A few additional reminders: Lock your vehicles, especially overnight. Avoid leaving fi****ms unattended in vehicles when possible. Use a lock box or vehicle-mounted safe if you must store a fi***rm in your car.

A few minutes of preparation can make a big difference when it matters most. Stay safe and help us help you.
