This eagle was in my parent’s house for as long as I can remember. Now it’s in mine. I have always been drawn to eagles, and I know how much my dad loved them also. That’s why I put an eagle feather on his chest when we laid him to rest. Living without him is a struggle at times, but I know where he is and who he is with and that always gives me peace. 🪶

Quentin and I are sitting on the back porch he is so taken with the hummingbirds. He is amazed how fast they are and he likes their chirps. One of the great things about aging is you slow down and enjoy the little things and see nature for what it truly is. Have a great day.
