A customer shared that she is now "hooked on Polish Pottery - a forever fan!" For years she used her glass baking dish to make her friend-favorite frittata, and was always so annoyed that no matter how she treated the pan, her dish stuck to it. A friend told her about Polish Pottery, she bought a piece (shape 636 as per the photo), and the rest is history. She said it was the best frittata she ever made and she was "blown away" by how evenly it cooked, how easily is came out of the pan and that clean-up was a breeze. National Creme Brulee Day is celebrated this week and the Polish Pottery Gallery of Cincinnati is happy to help you celebrate (any day - no national holiday required)!
