Miss Lacey's Caramels Homemade Small Batch Soft Caramels Ever since I was a little girl I always looked forward to my grandma's hand dipped chocolate caramels.

There was always something about the taste of the homemade caramel that I loved. I tried to make my own batch several times, and they always failed. I quickly learned caramel isn't easy to make! In May of 2020 my grandmother passed away, and with nothing else to do, (it being 2020 and all) I decided it was time to figure out the caramel once and for all....and I did! This past Christmas I had a fr

iend reach out asking to purchase some, and that quickly led to the beginnings of Miss Lacey's Caramels! I hope you enjoy these deliciously soft caramels!
