White Willow is restarting it's in person teaching again for new students with a new Entry Program. The Entry Program replaces our 30 year old Level One program with a much more intensive study of qigong, neigong, and breathwork that aligns with the physical, metaphysical, and spiritual skills described in My book The Immortal's Breath: A Journey to Immortality.
New classes start November 16, 2021.

Brings you into the world of Tai Chi Chuan through our unique Qigong and Neigong systems That will train you in movement, meditations and processes of physical transformation.

Hello Everyone

The hardest thing about Pandemic quarantine is the lack of connection to our dear friends. Today we are feeling so sad that there was no Christmas party with the magical gift exchange.
So since they say its the thought that counts, here is my thought for you for this year.
A simple prayer from us both.

We pray that your health has stayed steady and improved.
We pray that you have quality time with family.
We pray you found meaningful things to do with your down time.
We pray that you have not been too afraid over this scary time.
We pray that you are feeling financially safe and comfortable.
We pray that politics has not freaked you out too much.
We pray that you have not lost anyone close to you.
We pray that your spirit is staying high.
We pray that God has found his way to you to let you know how loved you are.
And we pray that we will see you soon and have a real in person party.
We love you all and think of you everyday.
