Meet Kristin of Sage & Sky!
Sage & Sky, located on the upper level in the back, is a thoughtfully curated vintage booth named after the blue and green hues Kristin has always loved. Sage & Sky was originally the name of her graphic design business in which she made party and home decor; the name carried over naturally into the vintage business because both ventures celebrate the home and the cherished memories made there. After years of wandering thrift stores, antique shops, and flea markets, Kristin launched her vintage business in early 2024 by selling curated collections on Instagram and Etsy before expanding to local markets like City Flea. She opened her first permanent booth a year later and has been part of the Riverside family since March. She writes, "I'm so grateful for how welcoming and encouraging the other vendors and customers have been!” Her booth embraces a refined cottage aesthetic that is collected, layered, textured, colorful, and cozy- blending everything from antique English cottage style to 1970s boho and 1990s cottagecore. As a firm believer in mixing eras, she loves pairing pieces like 1970s amber bar glasses with a weathered antique wood tray to create spaces that feel personal, storied, and inviting. Specializing in décor, artwork, kitchenware, and timeless furniture, she curates pieces for those who want a home filled with warmth and character. One of her favorite finds is a rattan end table with a book rack; a classic piece that adds texture to cottage inspired spaces and makes the perfect nightstand for fellow book lovers. While sourcing treasures at flea markets remains her favorite part of the business, she also enjoys styling her booth into curated vignettes, drawing from her longtime interests in photo styling and interior design. Outside of work, Kristin spends much of her time driving her two teenage daughters to activities, which gives her the opportunity to explore local coffee shops and bookstores and occasionally take a dance class. Though she enjoys exploring, Kristin is a homebody at heart and finds joy in life's simple moments- relaxing at home with her husband or curling up with a good book, a cup of coffee, and a lit candle.

⭐️VENDOR SPOTLIGHT⭐️
Meet Kevin from Cincy Salvage!
Cincy Salvage can be found in both the barn and the lower-level staircase, offering a thoughtfully curated mix of vintage treasures and architectural salvage. Kevin chose the name “Cincy Salvage” for its simplicity- it tells customers exactly what they can expect: quality salvage with Cincinnati roots. His journey into the antique and salvage business began in 2007 while working with Caring Transitions, an estate sale company, where he developed a passion for uncovering unique pieces and giving them a second life. Today, he specializes in country farmhouse and mid-century modern styles, while stocking an ever-changing inventory that includes furniture, vintage bicycles, outdoor apparel, architectural salvage such as doors, mantels, and windows, and so much more. One of Kevin’s favorite pieces currently is a vintage phone booth that he rescued from an old barn in Madeira- a perfect example of the one-of-a-kind finds shoppers can discover at Cincy Salvage. For Kevin, the most rewarding part of being an antiquities dealer is both the thrill of the hunt and the creativity that comes afterward. He tells us, “The hunt is the best part,” followed by “finding the perfect place,” for each piece he brings home. When he’s not searching for antiques, Kevin is a tennis professional and an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys mountain biking and kayaking, often bringing along his faithful adventure companion, his dog, Tucker.

Meet Macy of Macy Hansen Home!

Macy Hansen Home can be found on the main level to the left of the front desk and stands out with her distinctive zebra wallpaper! Macy Hansen Home is the name of Macy's interior styling business, created as an extension of her accessorizing services and fueled by her passion for helping others design personalized, thoughtfully curated spaces. Her love for collecting began in 2004 while working for Leslie Hindman Auctioneers in Chicago, where she developed a deep appreciation for antiques, craftsmanship, and the art of creating timeless interiors. In 2020, Macy Hansen Home was born from that passion, offering carefully selected antiques and charming decorative decor inspired by tradition. In 2025, she proudly joined the Riverside family, where she continues to share unique treasures that help customers build meaningful collections. Macy writes that her design philosophy is, "collected, not decorated," embracing spaces that feel timeless, elegant, comfortable, and personal rather than overly formal or trend-driven. Her booth reflects this vision through layers of antiques, artwork, books, travel finds, and meaningful accessories gathered over time. A current favorite of hers is a stunning Chinoiserie mirror discovered at auction, showcasing rich black and gold tones, subtle hints of red, Eastern influence, and the character of a true antique. For Macy, the greatest reward is seeing a customer discover the perfect piece and knowing it has found a cherished home. When she is not styling interiors or searching for unique finds, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and continuing to inspire others through her love of timeless design.

Say Hi to Michelle of Mama Salt Treasures!

Located on the lower level, Mama Salt Treasures is the creation of a lifelong treasure hunter whose passion for finding beautiful, unique pieces began in her childhood. The booth's name comes from the nickname "Mama Salt," affectionately given to her by young women she has mentored for 15 years, who often described her as a little "spicy" or "salty." Michelle was raised attending yard sales and auctions with her twin and parents which later developed into a love for thrifting her own clothing and furnishing her home with secondhand finds. This passion became the beginning of her reselling journey. Since joining Riverside in 2021, she has become known for offering high end, one-of-a-kind treasures at affordable prices, with a classic style that leans toward artisan made pieces. Her carefully curated booth features everything from Mid-Century Modern décor, paintings, art glass, and pottery to hand-tooled leather belts, boutique jewelry, and sunglasses. She especially enjoys the thrill of the hunt and the opportunity to learn about artists, makers, and valuable objects, finding great satisfaction in matching special pieces with the customers who appreciate them. Michelle writes, “Sometimes it feels like the item gets purchased by just the right customer, you know? As if I have reunited old friends.” Among her current favorite finds are a large 1970s Cincinnati Riverfront painting and a stunning cobalt blue Mid-Century Modern Italian glass decanter with a teardrop stopper. When she isn't treasure hunting, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 35 years, spending time with friends, children, and three grandchildren, reading, and staying active with her best friend- who motivates her to lift weights while she returns the favor by encouraging a little shopping. She wraps up her vendor spotlight stating, “It’s all a blessing.”
