What an incredible summer at Camp 1:27! We’re so grateful for every volunteer, donor, church partner, and staff member who helped make this season meaningful for the foster children we serve. Your support created space for practical help, safe relationships, and Gospel-centered care—reminding each child that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.

Our team is already looking forward to what God will continue to do through Raleigh’s Place, and we’d love for you to stay involved. Whether you volunteer, give, or share our ministry with a friend, your support helps us keep serving foster children and families across Chilton County and beyond.

As we wrap up another incredible summer at Camp 1:27, we’re grateful for every camper, counselor, volunteer, and donor who made this season so meaningful for children in foster care.

At Raleigh’s Place, our mission continues long after camp ends. Our team serves foster families and youth across Chilton County year-round through programs like:

• Partner Homes, offering practical resources and community support to foster families
• Katie’s Kloset, providing clothing, household items, and essentials to families in need
• The Workmanship Initiative, helping young adults aging out of foster care gain stability and independence

For many youth aging out of foster care, turning 21 can feel like stepping into adulthood without a safety net. At Raleigh’s Place, our Workmanship Initiative exists to change that.

We walk alongside young adults as they pursue stability and independence, offering life-skills training, education support, workforce development, mentorship, and transitional living opportunities right here in Chilton County.

Our team is committed to removing barriers today so these young men and women can step confidently into hopeful futures.

Happy Fourth of July!

Two hundred and fifty years of liberty is worth celebrating with everything you have got. Whether that means fireworks, family, or a mouth-watering backyard cookout, our team hopes you have a patriotic and joyful celebration.
