It’s been pretty crazy around here since Black Friday or thereabouts, with orders for everything from custom holsters that needed new … well, everything to design and make, to the simplest holsters we have, and everything in between.

Strangely, it’s been almost ALL Dual Function holsters when it’s usually more of a 50/50 split (or more Hybrid Defense/IWB holsters if anything). Photos of just a few from then to now. Simple as it as, I was tempted to keep this black-on-black DF for my own X Macro!!

Think that’s about it for the holiday orders, but if Santa 🎅 should leave a new toy 🔫 under the tree, we’ve got your 6.

Whew, busy few days and knocking em out one after the other, but still a whole lot more to do. But… “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy” so I figured if was time to make a holster for the new toy and throw it in some photos with the new hats. (If you can’t tell, this one is my work hat, already covered with a dusting of Kydex).

Got some new apparel in (and a new toy!) - small batch only for now, mostly just for the crew and family/friends. While we work out the kinks, improve designs, etc., are t-shirts, crewnecks (and/or hoodies, long sleeve, etc), along with hats, something our customers would be interested in? Responding (likes and/or comments) will help us gauge interest and if we pursue or not)

As always, we only use USA-made products with everything we sell. While working with designs, I've been using the more generic approaches, Gildan shirts, etc., but I've found a few good ALL USA-made apparel companies that can produce similar custom work for a bit of a premium (nothing too crazy, though) and would switch to them if we decide to sell to customers.

Right now, I'm gauging interest to see if it's a worthy pursuit (and taking recommendations on any other merch, designs, products, etc, that our customers might be interested in. Some designs are already in the works!).

Photos below show a couple of the shirts that JUST arrived. The hat picture is a "preview" of what should be arriving this week (these, unlike the shirts, are embroidered, so there are a lot more color options/variations) - and we're also working on designing leather patch style hats; but that may be a bit of a ways off.

Can't wait to hear any feedback!

Three done and shipped yesterday, wrapped up these few more Dual Functions just in time for tonight’s pickup, and just a tiny 7 more holsters to go before wrapping up this week’s fulfillment of orders on the Bay.

Boy, I can’t wait to get the official webstore on our actual website up and going, so I can pass along all those savings in fees directly to all of you!

The only thing more incredible to witness in real time, was how quickly they buried these news stories. Most people still aren’t aware there even was a second attempt and/or actually believe this one was staged 😂

Wonder if it’d still be in the 24-hour news cycle if it either 1) happened to someone else, or 2) had the outcome they were aiming for — as always, good aim is pretty important

First repair I’ve had to do under warranty. At Gunnr’s, we’re so confident in our product we offer a lifetime repair or replace warranty, and this customer has worn his daily for **years** (it’s even on one of Mike’s previous style backers!).

It was almost like seeing an antiqued work of art coming in. The customer wanted *nothing* touched except a new shell made for it for where the FOMI clip attachment broke. He’d made some hardware changes to his liking, and never wanted to part with the backer since it had broken in so nicely, so I did just that. He also ordered a 2nd one, because who wants to go any amount of days without their favorite holster while it’s being fixed up?!

Exciting News! I'm thrilled to announce that I've taken the reins as the new owner of Gunnr's Tactical Carry LLC.

I want to extend a huge thank you to Mike, the founder and previous owner, for entrusting me with this incredible opportunity. I've had the pleasure of learning from him and appreciate the time he took to ensure a seamless transition and giving his “seal of approval” before the handoff.

As we shift gears, I'm committed to building on the strong foundation Mike established. My vision is to continue providing exceptional service, quality holsters, and a commitment to community values that Gunnr's is known for.

We’ve been hard at work to ensure a smooth transition, and appreciate your patience as we complete the move and setup process over to the new workshop. We're targeting an operational status within 2-3 weeks and can't wait to get back to creating the same great holsters customers keep coming back for!

Finally, I'd like to express my gratitude to Mike once more for his dedication, mentorship, and trust. I wish him all the best in his retirement and look forward to continuing his legacy.
