We honestly don’t know how to put into words how much we’ve loved every minute of this Italian Heritage Festival!

From the incredible crowds and new faces, to the old friends who stopped by to support us — watching Cornerstone Candy become part of this community has been something we’ll never forget. 🍬🍫

And we’ve had some pretty special moments along the way!

👑 We were absolutely honored to welcome the Italian Heritage Festival Queen into Cornerstone! What an amazing tradition and such a special part of this weekend. 🇮🇹👑

🎂 And because there’s always a reason to celebrate around here… one of our Cornerstone crew members celebrated a BIRTHDAY! 🥳🎉

Of course, we couldn’t let that go by without a little celebration of our own. We teamed up with another great local vendor and treated our birthday girl to a funnel-cake-style birthday cake! 🎂🍓🍥

This is exactly what we hoped Cornerstone would be — good candy, good people, good neighbors, and memories that last.

🇮🇹🍬 THE ITALIAN HERITAGE FESTIVAL IS HERE — AND SO ARE WE! 🍬🇮🇹

We’re located right in the heart of the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival, and our shop will be OPEN all three days! 🎉

We’ve only been open for about a month, and this weekend is going to be a BIG test for our little candy shop. Every piece of candy we sell is handmade right here, and while we’ve been working hard to build up plenty of backstock, we know there’s a good chance we simply won’t be able to keep up with the demand.

So here’s our best advice:
🍬 Come early.
🍬 Come often.
🍬 Grab your favorites while they’re here!

When something sells out, we’ll do everything we can to make more and get it back on the shelves as quickly as possible. But we’re a small team, and we refuse to sacrifice the quality and craftsmanship that got us here just to move faster.

Most importantly, please be patient with us. We’re learning, growing, and doing everything we can to make this first Italian Heritage Festival one we’ll never forget.
The support we’ve received since opening has meant more to us than we can put into words. ❤️

We’ve been busy behind the scenes getting everything ready for the Italian Heritage Festival, and we couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it! ❤️💚🤍

This is our FIRST Italian Heritage Festival, and we want to make a great impression! We’ve been working hard to bring plenty of sweet treats, great candy, and a whole lot of Cornerstone Candy fun to the celebration.

We’re honored to be joining everyone for a weekend celebrating the food, family, culture, traditions, and community that make this festival so special.
