Due to the potentially dangerous storms we are expecting tomorrow, we will be closed, Sunday, March 15, 2026. Although we love our customers and clients, we would never expect anyone to drive through severe storms to come visit us at the shop. The safety of our customers, clients, and employees are more important than being open in dangerous situations. We will be reopened on Monday, March 16 during regular business hours we apologize for any inconvenience, this may cause, but would like to remind you that you are still welcome to reach out through text, call, or messenger if any questions or concerns arise please be safe tomorrow and we hope to see you next week. Thank you for your support and patience.

We have been hard at work today, making recycled paper pages. These are perfect for a book of shadows or grimoires. 30 pages were finished today, size 4 x 6. They are the perfect size for a short note or letter to someone. Some of the pages have herbs and flowers mixed into the paper and others are plain. Lawrence was in charge of drying the sheets and rotating them out during the process. They may never want to see another piece of homemade paper again after this. 😆

5 x 7 and 8 x 10 sizes are coming soon. We hope to see you in the shop soon.

We are located on the corner of College and ninth Street, across from the water tower, behind the bus stop. We are in the same parking lot as the 2 story barbershop and the bail bonds building.
We have had quite a few calls from people that have struggled to find our new location. So we just wanted to take a moment to show you what our new shop looks like. The first picture is of the of the “front” building, which is actually the back and faces College Street. The middle picture is the side of the building & directly behind the bus stop, facing ninth. And the third picture is the “back“of the building, which we use as the front entrance, and it faces the American Legion.

You never know what you’re going to find in a shop like this.
For example, this morning we found out there were gremlins and their tricks afoot in the shop last night. Every single crystal bag within the shop awaited us like a baptism of chaos.……we mean magic.…
The only words fitting this scenario would be “there appears to have been an explosion. “
The owner’s husband has two younger cats that apparently were up to all kinds of shenanigans during the night. Not a square inch of the floor was spared.
Not even the bathroom.
Poor Vincent worked hard to put the shop back into its original state. The crystal bags have now been returned to their basket in front of the crystal table and the gremlins are all sleeping soundly. Apparently this level of mass chaos takes a lot of energy.

We will be closed until Monday, February 23 due to circumstances beyond our control.

We would like to apologize for being closed this week without notice. The owner’s (Heidi) husband, Scott, had a medical emergency and was hospitalized for a few days. Understandably she needed to be in Indiana with him during this time. We realize that several of you had been hoping we would be open on Valentine’s Day and we let you down. For this, we apologize. Unfortunately, sometimes emergencies come without warning, and this was one of those times. That being said, Scott is going to have to take a leave of absence from work for an extended period & will be a regular face around the shop for awhile. Those of you that have interacted with him know that he is a friendly and welcoming presence. Although he will be the first to tell you, he’s not as knowledgeable about the items in our shop as his wife. 😂

We would also like to reintroduce you to our small but fantastic staff. Vincent has been with us on & off since the beginning & will be in the shop 3-4 days a week. Tiffany is a newer face & brings her unique style to our shop as well as her knowledge. We are grateful to have them both with us.
We are hoping to remain open during regular hours (excepting inclement weather) now that we have a wonderful support staff & thank you all for your patience & continuing support.

All right folks, we are finally having our vision board workshop tonight from 6 to 8 PM.

Unfortunately, our plumbing issues have not been completely remedied. So due to the fact that we do not have a functioning sink, we will not be offering snacks as we usually do. However, during our next workshops, we should be offering light refreshments again during the class.

We are sorry to have to do this, but we have to cancel tonight‘s vision board workshop. Several of you have expressed interest and we are sorry to disappoint you again. The plumbing work is still not been finished in the shop and we have been guaranteed that it will be completed tomorrow morning. In the meantime, because we are in a smaller location than our previous Shop, there is nowhere to move around or for everyone together for tonight‘s workshop. If you will comment here, please, and let us know what day works best for you, we will reschedule the class so that the best fits everyone schedules. We would really like to have the class this month seeing is the beginning of the calendar year and that way we can set intentions for the next 11 months. Again we are sorry to disappoint everybody, but as soon as this workshop is rescheduled, it will be posted here. We are hoping to make a new post in the morning with the reschedule date. Thank you for your patience.

 we apologize about the inconvenience, but we will be closed today due to the ongoing plumbing issues. The plumbing team will be in and out for most of the day and being that we are a smaller shop. There is not a lot of room to move around while they are working on the pipes. We apologize about any inconvenience this may cause but are hopeful our issue should be resolved by tomorrow. If there is a particular item that you are in need of, you are welcome to call or text us and we can provide curbside delivery but until tomorrow the inside of the shop is closed thank you again for your patience with us. it means more than you know. We have to apologize, but we have had to reschedule. Our vision board workshop. for next week. Our “new“ building is quite old and required all of the plumbing to be replaced. We had this work done before the holidays. Unfortunately we sprung a leak a few days ago and the plumbing company is not able to fix it until this weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to see you next Tuesday. Have a wonderful New Year’s and please be safe tomorrow.

Hi there. We wanted to let everyone know we will officially reopen on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. We are extending our hours & will now be open from 11AM-8pm, Monday-Saturday & 12-7PM on Sunday.
It has been a long time....We just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to all of you who have been patiently waiting for us to complete our move & reopen our doors. Your support means more to us than we can possibly put into words. It is only because of you that we are able to have our small shop & we are incredibly grateful for each one of you. As most of you know, Heidi has been battling some health issues over the past 18 months. They are more or less under control and managed. We appreciate everyone who has reached out & checked in with her during this time. It has meant so much. Thank you!!
We have a few new workshops coming up in December & hope you will join us! We will be restarting our Discussion group, as well as hosting crafting workshops for Yule Logs & Vision Boards. Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP. Thank you again for your wonderful support. We hope to see you soon!
